<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the subject amorphous substance containing little residual acrylic monomer and useful as a material for denture base, a contact lens, etc., by dissolving a fluorine-containing amorphous polymer in an acrylic monomer and subjecting the monomer to polymerization, etc. CONSTITUTION:A fluorine-containing amorphous polymer soluble in an acrylic monomer is dissolved in the acrylic monomer and the monomer is polymerized and, as necessary, the obtained polymer is further converted to IPN (interpenetrating polymer networks) to obtain the objective substance.</p> |
