PRODUCTION OF L-HOMOPHENYLALANINE

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain L-homophenylalanine by treating a specific microorganism with 5-bnezylmethylhydantoin. CONSTITUTION:A microorganism belonging to the genus Pseudomonas, Bacillus, Brevibacterium, Corynebacterium, Cytophaga, Escherichia, Micrococcus, Providencia, Xanthomonas, Candida, Kloeckera, Saccharomyces, Schwanniomyces, Sterigmatomyces, Sporobolomyces, Torulopsis, Yarrowia, Fusarium, Penicillium, Actinoplanes, Nocardioides or Streptomyces is inoculated into a medium containing 0.1-30wt.% 5-bnezylmethylhydantoin and cultured at pH7-10 at 5-60 deg.C for 1-100 hours.
