PURPOSE:To stabilize the potential of a face opposed to a frame by forming a metal film to the face opposed to the frame. CONSTITUTION:A metal film 4 is formed on the face opposed to the frame 1a of a photo triac chip 2. When the chip 2 is mounted on a conductive frame 1a via conductive paste 3, even if the quantity of the paste 3 is small, the chip 2 is sufficiently conducted through the film 4. Thus, the potential of the face opposed to the frame 1a of the chip 2 is not unstabilized, and hence the characteristics of the chip 2 are not varied.
