PURPOSE:To efficiently wind a plurality of coils having different wire diameters by a method wherein a coil formed by winding a single wire winding material and another coil, formed by continuously winding the above-mentioned winding material from the turning back point on the above-mentioned coil, are provided and both end parts of the above-mentioned coils are formed with a twisted wire. CONSTITUTION:The double wires, having a twisted wire formed by a twisting machine 25, are formed in the length containing the finishing end of winding of the output coil 17 of the bobbin 11 to be wound first and its terminal pin fastening part 102, the input coil 103 of the above-mentioned bobbin 11, the terminal pin fastening part 104 of the above-mentioned coil, a crossover wire 105, the terminal pin fastening part 106 of the bobbin 11 to be wound next and the starting end part 107 of winding of the output coil. The small-sized transformer on which wires are wound using the above-mentioned method, has both coil end parts of the output coil 17, where a single wire of winding material 27 is wound, formed by twisted wires 32a and 32b, also an input coil 18 becomes the double wire 33 of the winding material 27 which is connected to the output coil 17, and at the same time, both coil end parts of the input coil 18 become twisted wires 32a and 32b. |
