<p>PURPOSE:To prevent paper wrinkle, etc., by arranging a carrying roller at the downstream of the paper moving direction of a fixing unit and setting the paper conveying force of roller devices in the central part higher than that of other roller devices. CONSTITUTION:The pinch rollers 22 of the carrying roller device 20 is constituted of the rolls 23 and 23a in a central part and rolls 24 and 24a on both sides, and each roll shaft is supported by pressure springs 26 and 27 and applies pressure to a driving roll. The spring force of the springs 26 and 26a supporting the rolls 23 and 23a in the central part is set higher than that of the springs 27 and 27a against the rolls 24 and 24a in both sides. Thereby, since the paper passing through the fixing device 10 is hardly greatly curved upward, the image surface of paper is not brought into contact with a heating roll 11. Therefore, toner offset, etc., can be prevented.</p> |
