PURPOSE:To improve the mixing efficiency of resins by leaps and bounds by a structure wherein first cleaning members, each of which reciprocates between its retreat position to open influx holes and its advance position at the tip of a bung hole, are fittingly inserted in respective primary mixing chambers and a second cleaning member, which reciprocates between its retreat position to partially open the bung holes and its advance position at the tip of a discharge hole, is fittingly inserted in a secondary mixing chamber. CONSTITUTION:In each primary mixing chamber 10, influx holes 11 and 12 for respective resin components to be mixed with each other are provided at positions to be opposite to each other. Respective resin components are jetted through respective nozzles 13 and 14 so as to collide against each other in order to mix with each other through counterflow. Each first cleaning piston 20 is moved between the retreat position, at which respective influx holes 11 and 12 are opened for mixing, and the advance position, at which the mixture of the respective resin components is poured out of a bung hole 31 into a secondary mixing chamber 30. A second cleaning piston 35 in the secondary mixing chamber 30 is moved between the retreat position, at which the bung hole 31 is opened so as to flow primary mixture of the resin components in the secondary mixing chamber 30, and the advance position, at which the final mixture is discharged from a discharge hole outside the secondary mixing chamber. The primary mixture of the resin components is given throttling effect by the bung hole 31 so as to be jetted in the secondary mixing chamber 30. |
