PURPOSE:To improve the coloring sensitivity, whiteness, moisture resistance and plasticizer resistance by adding sensitizer of specific compound into electron donative colorless coloring agent and thermal recording material of electron receiving developer. CONSTITUTION:Compound represented by formula R1-O-(XO)m-R2(where, R1 is phenol residual group, R2 is aliphatic hydrocarbon group, aliphatic monocarboxylic acid residual group or -R3(OX)nOR4(where, R3 is aliphatic dicarboxylic acid residual group or -CH2-, and R4 is phenol residual group), X is low class alkylene group, and m and n are integer of 1-3) is added to thermal recording material based on principle for thermally fusing electron donative colorless coloring agent and electron receiving developer and coloring. The compound shown by the formula includes diether of (poly)alkylene glycolphenyl ether and aliphatic alcohol, monoester of (poly)alkylene glycolphenyl ether and aliphatic monocarboxylic acid, and the like. The amount of the compound is normally set to 1-200pts.wt. for 100pts.wt. of developer. |
