PURPOSE:To simplify the manufacturing operations and promote efficiency thereof by a method wherein foam is integrally molded under the condition that mounting parts are arranged so as to correspond to the desired position of a skin sheet body, on the surface of which projected and recessed pattern is provided, and a part of the mounting parts are imbedded. CONSTITUTION:A skin sheer body 12, which is produced in the predetermined shape and on the surface part of which leather pattern is provided, is formed with a forming device. Next, the skin sheet body 12 is seated on a bottom force 60 and side forces 62a and 62b consisting of a foam molding device 32. At the same time, mounting parts 16 are held on a top force 72. After the clamping of the device 32, in foaming process, a molded item 100 is produced by integrally molding the skin sheet body 12 and the mounting parts 16 with foam 14. Since the mounting parts 16 are in-molded integrally at the production of the foam 14, the promotion of efficiency and automatization of the whole manufacturing operations are easily realized. |
