PURPOSE:To enable the floor of a sightseeing raft to be easily removed and assembled and as well to make it possible to carry out the shooting-down of river, safely, by providing passenger's seats and guardrails which are both removable, on the floor of the sightseeing raft made of a suitable number of cedar logs which are bound together. CONSTITUTION:In order to longitudinally couple a plurality of sightseeing rafts A each of which are made of a plurality of logs bound with a tying wire and on the upper surface of which seats 11 and guardrails 13a, 13b are arranged, each adjacent rafts A are coupled together in the three positions by arranging swinging wires 7 for coupling the adjacent rafts A through hardwares 6a, 6b, on both sides of a coupling wire 5 with a center coupler 6c. After the completion of shooting down a violent stream of a river, the rafts A are carried and returned to the upper reaches of the river by overland transportation. In this stage, the guardrails 13a, 13b are removed at first by untightening guardrail bolts 16. Then, crossties 10a, 10b, 10c integrally incorporated with the seats 11 are removed by unscrewing crosstie bolts 15, and the floors of the rafts A are laid one upon another for carrying them together with the passenger's facilities upto the upper reaches of the river. |
