PURPOSE:To restrain indentation due to thermal contraction which is generated on the surface side of an automotive external rig in such a way that diameters of bosses which are protruded from the back side of an automotive external rig for fitting fixed parts are set up to be the determined value to the thickness of the external rig for automobile. CONSTITUTION:A fixed part 21 to be fitted to an automotive external rig 20 is assembled by a bracket 22, and a bolt 24 which is inserted from the rear side into a hole 23 at the center of the bracket 22. Bosses 28, 29 which are protruded from thr external rig 20 are inserted into holes 26, 27 on the flat part 25 on the peripheral side of the bracket 22, and head parts 30 which have larger diameter than the holes 26, 27. The diameter of the bosses 28, 29 are set to less than two thirds the thick plate of the external rig 20. Since said bosses 28, 29 are set smaller in their diameter, fitting strength of the fixed part 21 is reduced, but the reduction of the fitting strength can be prevented by setting increased number of the bosses 28, 29. |
