摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To inexpensively obtain stable picked up images of a prescribed thickness over a long period of time without executing the treatment for prevention of the coloration of fiber plates by constituting the image sensor of solid-state image pickup elements, the fiber plates and phosphor layers contg. Nd. CONSTITUTION:The X-ray image sensor is formed by bringing the fiber plates 102 into tight contact with the surfaces of image input planes 104 of the solid- state image pickup elements consisting of a silicon system by using optical adhesive agents 103, and further forming and integrating the phosphor layers 101 onto the fiber plates 102. The fiber plates 102 are added with lead oxide to prevent the entrance of the X-rays transmitted through the fiber plates 102 to the solid-state image pickup elements. The phosphor layers 101 are formed uniformly to a prescribed thickness by adding a binder to the powder of the crystals of Gd3Ga5O12 doped with 2wt.% Nd2. Further, the surfaces of the phosphor layers 101 are worked to a grid shape by consisting of rampart-like parts 102 and groove parts 202 and the blurring of the images by dissipation of emitted light is suppressed in order to improve the resolving power. The surfaces of the phosphor layers 101 are coated with the metal pack of aluminum in order to suppress the degradation in luminance.</p>
