PURPOSE:To inexpensively and massively provide the subject preservative having good safety, no smell and no restriction to applications and concentrations by employing an extract from the ground seeds of Citrus.paradisi as a preservative for buckwheat noodles, white Japanese noodles and pastas. CONSTITUTION:A solution is employed as a natural preservative for the preservation, deterioration prevention, putrefaction prevention, etc., of buckwheat noodles, white Japanese noodles or pasta, the solution being prepared by extracting the ground seeds of Citrus.paradisi (grape fruit) and subsequently diluting the extract with a prescribed times amount of water in the presence of a dispersing agent. When the solution is employed, a method such as spraying, immersing, coating or mixing is applied. |
