Aerosol cometics are prepared by mixing 0.1-50 wt.% surfactant, 0.01- 1.0 wt.% film forming agent with 5.0-30.0 wt.% ethanol, crimping the mixt., adding 10-90 wt.% aerosol dispersant to the mixt. and heating it in the water bath at 60-70 deg.C for 5-20 min., and emulsifying the mixt. in the vibrator for 5-30 min. The cosmetics are water/oil emulsion type, and are effective for the skin beauty.
