PURPOSE:To combine the bobbin of the coil and the carrying jig of the coil by one jig by mounting a joining member to the back of a base while a base movble in the diametrical direction of the base is setting up to the surface and fitting the bobbin. CONSTITUTION:The joining member 2 consisting of a shaft 3 for joining with a winding device is mounted to the back of the tabular base 1. A long hole 6 in the diametrical direction is formed to the base 1 and the moving base 13 is fitted to the hole, and the bobbin 11 is set up onto the moving base 13. The bobbin 11 is shaped by a fixed bobbin 14 fixed to the moving base 13 and a movable bobbin 18 opposed to the fixed bobbin. The base 1 is joined with the winding device first, and a wire is wound under a condition that the bobbins 14, 18 are separated. The base 1 is removed from the winding device, the moving base 13 is moved in the central direction while a space between the bobbins 14, 18 is shortened, and the winding is shifted to an inserter. |
