The emitter sends a given signal upon entering a village. An equipped vehicle picks up this signal and powers a relay, in this case the one equipped for 60 km/h; if this speed is exceeded by approximately + 10 %, the tachymetric dynamo, the regulator or some other system sends a signal which closes this relay supplying an electromagnet or some other appliance which will close a flap in the carburettor or will switch the injection pump to idle. As soon as the speed is below 60 km/h the relay will open, allowing acceleration. Upon leaving the village, another emitter will send a signal which will cancel out this relay and free the speed. Consequently, using the same principle with several different signals, other relays can be actuated for other speeds.
