PURPOSE:To facilitate the inspection and repair of cooling means and their parts replacement by a method that at a space between a heat insulated casing and a good heat conducting box which becomes a storage room, cooling units such as a vaporizer, a blower for circulating cold air, etc. are installed and on the surface on the good heat conducting box facing to the cooling units an opening is formed and this opening is removably closed by a good heat conducting plate. CONSTITUTION:Cold air heat exchanged by a vaporizer 7 is discharged from a blowoff hole 20 into a cold air passage 5 and cools a good heat conducting box 4 and then is returned back again to the vaporizer 7 through a return passage 5B from a connecting hole 32. Thereby, the air in the storage room is cooled. The inspection of a cooling units such as the vaporizer 7, a blower 10 for circulating cold air, etc. installed at a cold air flow passage and the replacement of parts attached to the cooling units, for instance, a drain pan and a temp. sensor are carried out from the inside of the room 6 after a door 3 is opened. First, after a dew receiving plate 33 is removed, a screw 26 is taken out to remove a good heat conducting plate 25. Thereby, an opening part 24 is widely opened. Next, by the removal of a unit cover 21 after screws are taken out, the inspection and replacement of the cooling units and their parts are easily carried out. |
