PURPOSE:To remove the useless consumption of gas and to hold pressure in a tightly closed container at a regulated value by measuring the pressure and temperature in the closed container and calculating and feeding the mass of gas necessary for holding the gas pressure in the closed container at a fixed value. CONSTITUTION:The required mass of feed gas to the closed container 2 is calculated from the detecting values of a intra-container pressure detector 21 and a temperature detector 22, a container gas feed valve 24 is opened, and when the detecting value of a feed gas mass detector 25 reaches the required mass of the feed gas, the valve 24 is closed to hold the gas pressure of the container 2 at the fixed value. Since the gas pressure in the container 2 is held at the fixed value by feeding only the necessary quantity of gas when the leak of gas or a change in the temperature is generated without always allowing gas to flow into the container 2, the gas can be prevented from being uselessly consumed and the gas pressure in the container 2 can be restored to the regulated pressure. |
