PURPOSE: To pass fluid in the propagation direction of progressive static radio waves and to enable the drift of charge particles by shifting the phases of adjacent electrodes from each other in order to generate the progressive static radio wave propagating in a carrier direction so that the electric fields generated from the carrier electrodes are controlled. CONSTITUTION: The array of the plural parallel conductive carrier electrodes 12 (n1 to ni ) elongating across the transporting direction is installed on a dielectric substrate 14 in contact with fluid and the potential changing sinusoidal is applied to the respective electrodes n1 to n4 in such a manner that the phases of the adjacent electrodes n1 to n4 are shifted from each other, by which the progressive static radio waves propagating in the carrier direction are generated. Further, this method is formed of various steps of controlling the potential so as to move the charge particles through the fluid without contact with the surfaces of the carrier electrodes 12 or the surface of the dielectric substrate 14 under the action of the progressive static radio waves, etc. As a result, the charge particles are drifted through the fluid in the propagation direction of the progressive static radio waves by using the progressive static radio waves. |
