PURPOSE:To rapidly load or unload a spare tire by rotarily supporting a tire supporting frame in a hinge revolution and loading and unloading the tire by a winch. CONSTITUTION:When a wire 8 is towed by a winch 4 after a spare tire S is completely inserted into a tire supporting frame 3, the frame 3 is rotated in a hinge coupler 11 revolution to lift. When the frame 3 is then lifted to the position indicated by a, the spare tire S is rolled on a frame 1 to carry it thereon. When the wire 8 is further towed, the spare tire S is interposed between a supporting plate 5 and a cover plate 12. In order to unload the tire S, the wire 8 is fed out to manually rotate the frame 3 outside, the tire S is then rolled to be transferred from the frame 1 onto the frame 3, and the wire 8 is then gradually fed out. Accordingly, it can smoothly and rapidly load and unload the spare tire S. |
