PURPOSE:To allow the inching control easily by reading the regulating data of the oil pressure power responding to the engine rotation frequency to the accelerator operation amount from a memory device, and regulating and controlling a releasing capacity regulating device depending on the regulating data. CONSTITUTION:A controller 29 calculates the operation amount of an accelerator pedal 10 from the signal of an accelerator operation amount sensor 28, and at the same time, a regulating data of the oil pressure power responding to the rotation frequency of an engine 1 to the operation amount is red from a memory device, depending on which, the releasing amount of a charge pump 4 is controlled through a motor 17b for regulation, an inching lever 20, and a reducing valve 17, so that the generation of the oil pressure responding to the engine rotation frequency is transferred to the higher engine rotation side as the accelerator operation amount is increased. And when the accelator pedal 10 is not operated, the charge pump 4 is regulated and controlled to generate the oil pressure power at the higher engine rotation area. In such a way, an inching running can be carried out easily, and a stable stopping operation can be guaranteed by preventing an error starting. |
