<p>PURPOSE:To set up a microcomputer to a backup mode even if a battery pack is ejected while holding a power supply switch at its ON state by precedently detecting the ejection of the battery pack and informing the detected result to the microcomputer. CONSTITUTION:Either one of positive and negative electrodes of the battery pack is continued contacted with one negative electrode 9 formed on a battery pack mounting part of an apparatus body by the initial moving operation executed at the time of ejecting the battery pack from the apparatus body and the other electrode is temporarily turned from the contact state with the 1st positive electrode 10a to the contact state with the 2nd positive electrode 10b. Thereby, voltage supplied to a power supply circuit is dropped and a detecting circuit 15 precedently detects the ejection of the battery pack and informs the detected result to the microcomputer 14. Consequently, the microcomputer 14 can save data to a memory prior to the interruption of power supply and start its backup mode without using a backup battery.</p> |
