摘要 PURPOSE:To enable pressurized fuel pressure to go up to the desired pressure surely by making the maximum value of a charging duty ratio in a piezoelectric element smaller than 100%, in a device which is set up with an overflow control valve being driven by the piezoelectric element in an overflow passage branched off from a pressurized fuel passage. CONSTITUTION:In a pressurized fuel controller consisting of a fuel feed pump A and a discharge controller B controller the discharge, the discharge controller B is provided with a fuel overflow chamber 41 formed in its housing and an overflow control valve 42 controlling a fuel flow heading for the fuel overflow chamber 42 from a fuel overflow passage 40 branched off from a pressurized fuel passage 33 being connected to a discharge side of the fuel feed pump A. This overflow control valve 42 is driven and controlled by an actuator 45 comprising a piezoelectric element 47 and a pressure piston 46 being driven by this piezoelectric element. In this case, the maximum value of a charging duty ratio of the piezoelectric element 47 is made smaller than 100%, and the piezoelectric element 47 is made so as to make it chargeable periodically, thereby achieving the initial purpose.
