PURPOSE:To preclude a jam, a transfer defect, etc., by detecting the curl quantity of a form after one-face recording being larger than a constant value by a curl detecting means and inhibiting the form from being fed again by a paper refeeding inhibiting means according to the detection result. CONSTITUTION:The curl detecting means 60 is provided between a shift roll 39 and a stopper 40. The curl detecting means 60 is provided with a sensor 61 at height H from a receiver 59 and if the curl quantity of the form 28 is larger than the constant value when the form 28 passes the sensor 61, the form 28 crosses the sensor 61, which detect the curl quantity being larger than the constant value, thereby putting the paper refeeding inhibiting means 62 in operation. Further, the paper refeeding inhibiting means 62 consists of a switching claw 63 which is provided right in front of an intermediate roller 51 and a paper discharge path 64 for guiding forms to a paper discharge receiver. Consequently, the jam, transfer defect, etc., can be precluded. |
