The nodal connector (1) for pipes has a main hollow part (2) which the pipes (5) are detachably fixed. The main part (2) has holes (4) in its wall (3). Each pipe (5) being connected has a locking bolt (6) one end (9) of which is inserted into one of the holes (4) in the nodal connector. The bolt (6) is split and has a back-tapered head (9). There is a tension screw (17) in the bolt acting as an expander and fitting into a hole (19) in the pipe (5) and screwed into a part (12) of the bolt. USE/ADVANTAGE - Pipes are easily fitted into the gusset which is shaped like a hollow sphere.
