Document file for papers up to defined format - is made from cardboard or plastics with folded flaps

The document file has holes spaced to match the filing holes on the documents and can accept paper sheets up to a defined format. The file consists of a sheet or cardboard (10), plastics or similar flat material and has a flap (14) with a fold line (12) extending along one long side. A smaller flap (18) projects from the side of this first flap (14) and has a fold line (16) parallel to the first fold line (12). This smaller flap (18) has two semi-circular tabs, (20) each of which has a filing hole (22). When the smaller flap (18) is folded over the first flap (14) these tabs fit into slits (24) on the fold line (12). The first flap (14) is then folded over the main part (1) of the file.
