PURPOSE:To simplify the shape of respective parts while cutting down the manhours and the installation cost by a method wherein an exterior case is composed of a base plate comprising an electric insulating material, peripheral walls and a cover plate. CONSTITUTION:A terminal plate 13 is put on a base plate 12; capacitor units 16 are mounted thereon; and then the outer sides are encircled with peripheral walls 12. Then, the whole body is mounted in a recession 18 on an ultrasonic head 17 while a lead 15 is inserted into a groove 19 on the side part of the recession 18. Next, another terminal plate 20 made of a metallic plate is mounted on the capacitor units 16 and then a cover plate 21 is mounted on the plate 20. The cover plate 21 is covered with another recession 26 on the bottom surface of a press die 25 and then the cover plate 21 is pressed down using air press, etc., until the bottom surface of the cover plate 21 is pressure- fixed to the upper edges of the peripheral walls 12 and simultaneously the ultrasonic head 17 is ultrasonic-vibrated so that the base plate 11, the peripheral walls 12 and the cover plate 21 may be heated to be formed into one body by welding process. Through these procedures, the manufacturing time can be cut down. |
