PURPOSE:To obtain an anticancer agent which is useful for treating or preventing cancer by heating pearls. CONSTITUTION:Pearls are crushed into powders, granules or flakes, heated at 400 to 1,500 deg.C, preferably 650 to 950 deg.C to give the anticancer agent. The heat treatment activates the calcium in the pearls and the activated calcium ions are gradually released and the activated calcium develops anticancer effect in living bodies. |
