PURPOSE:To efficiently execute the building management business by counting up sales data of each tenant store by an information processor, calculating a rental value of each tenant store by this counted-up sales data, and also, transmitting the calculated rental value to each tenant store. CONSTITUTION:A terminal equipment 6 is provided with a first storage means 17 for storing inputted sales data and a first communication means 12. An information processor 4 is provided with a second storage means 24 for storing sales data of each tenant store counted up by a second communication means 20 and a calculating means 23 for calculating a rental value of each tenant store. In this state, the sales data of each tenant is counted up to the information processor 4 by a first and second communication means 12, 20, and in the information processor 4, the rental value of each tenant store is calculated by the sales data, and the rental value is transmitted to each tenant store. In such a way, a burden of building management trader is reduced, and the rental value can be calculated, based on the proceeds of each tenant store. |
