<p>PURPOSE:To produce many types of cars concurrently without stopping the line with just one assembling device by providing lower jigs for placing/ positioning body parts on a mobile truck and conveying upper jigs by overhead loaders with circulative assembling stages. CONSTITUTION:A truck 10 for placing lower jigs 15a-15c for supportingly positioning body parts is made mobile, and upper jigs 21a-21c for pressing the body parts are conveyed by overhead loaders 20, 25, 26. As the upper and lower jigs 21a-21c, 15a-15c are made circulative, the body parts are assembled successively by the stop of the truck 10 at each stage. The positioning of the body parts is thereby performed easily by providing the lower jigs 15a-15c and the upper jis 21a-21c corresponding to the type of a car, and a welder with a welding robot, because of its easy change in a teaching process, can perform the concurrent production of many types of cars.</p> |
