PURPOSE:To obtain the toner which has sufficient gloss, luster and wide color reproducibility and is excellent in durability by mixing particles having a binder resin, colored particles and resin particles in a powdery state under specific conditions. CONSTITUTION:The toner is produced by mixing 100pts.wt. particles A having the binder resin, 0.1 to 10.0pts.wt. colored particles B having <=0.2 grain size ratio to the particles A, and 1.0 to 30.0pts.wt. resin particles C having <=0.2 grain size ratio to the particles A, sticking the colored particles B and the resin particles C uniformly to the particles A, and immobilizing the stuck colored particles B and resin particles C by impact force. Namely, the particles are passed in an impact part which is formed of a rotating piece and stationary piece or at least two kinds of the rotating pieces and has the shortest spacing of 0.5 to 10mm under the conditions of 10 to 90 deg.C atmosphere temp. to simultaneously immobilize the colored particles B and the resin particles C to the surface of the particles A by the mechanical impact in the impact part.
