<p>PURPOSE:To improve the utilization factor of a tool by collectively managing the arrangement of tools used in plural machine tools by a cell controller and creating the arrangement list according to data related to a tool which each machine tool has and a machining schedule. CONSTITUTION:A cell controller 10 collectively manages the arrangement of tools used in machine tools MC1 (1a), MC2 (1b) and MC3 (1c). According to the data 11 related to tools which the respective machines 1a-1c have and a machining schedule 12, tool names of tools to be prepared and tool names of tools not required by the respective machine tools are listed up to create preparation lists 14a-14c and classification lists 15a-15c, and an arrangement list 16 is created from the above lists. With reference to the arrangement list 16, the re-arrangement of the tools can be done efficiently.</p> |
