A filling opening 12 for filling lubricating oil into an internal-combustion engine is proposed. This filling opening is provided with a closing cover 15 which has a bayonet-type closure. On the outer side of the wall of the filling opening 12 there is arranged an oil separator 22 into which the blow-through gases emerging from the crank case pass and are fed to the induction pipe or to the pure air side of the air filter. The oil collected in the oil separator 22 is returned via a return opening 23, 24 between the oil separator 22 and the filling opening 12. When oil is being poured into the filling opening 12, in order to avoid this oil passing into the oil separator 22 and rising there, so that under some circumstances it can penetrate as far as the pure air side of the air filter, a closing part 25, constructed as a rotary slide valve, is provided inside the filling opening 12, which closing part closes the return opening 23, 24 between the oil separator 22 and the filling opening 12 when the closing cover 15 is removed. This closure would take place in a forced manner by rotation of the closing cover 15 during opening. When the closing cover 15 is closed, the return openings 23, 24 are released. ……
