摘要 An analog input signal is converted into a digital signal, using a coarse and a fine value for forming the result. For the coarse determination with N bit resolution from the analog input signal (Ue) by subtraction of constant voltages, at least 2N signals are generated. One of the constant voltages can equal zero, and the generated signals are such that one signal is equal to the quantising residue of the coarse value determination, independently of the input signal magnitude. The coarse value is determined from the signal magnitudes. For the time value determination, a signal is selected which equals the quantising residue. USE/ADVANTAGE - For digital signal processing. Fine value determination without reconversion of coarse value.
