PURPOSE:To improve wear resistance and corrosion resistance by providing a protective film, formed by allowing an oligoester acrylic oligomer and acrylic polyhydric ester to polymerize and cure, over the surface of a magnetic layer. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a magnetic layer provided over a base such as a polyester film is painted with a mixture obtained by adding an oligoester acrylic oligomer, which has an ester bond at a molecular principal chain and acrylic double bonds at both molecular terminals and 500-20,000 molecular weight, and is liquid at normal temperature, obtained by causing esterification of acrylic unsaturated acids, such as acrylic acid and methacrylic acid, with polyester polyol, and polyhydric ester obtained by the reaction of polyhydric alcohol with acrylic unsaturated acids. Then, polymerization and curing are carried out by radiation irradiation. |
