<p>PURPOSE:To absorb the fluctuation of torque of a motor and to make a special frictional force applying member unnecessary by making one stretched part outer side surface of elastic belts stretched to a pair of driven pulleys in parallel into a semi-wound state. CONSTITUTION:When a reel motor rotates in the direction of an array 16, an arm 6 is turned and energized in the counter-clockwise direction, the outer surfaces of belts 14 and 15 wound around a driven pulley 10 is pressured to a reel base 4, and the stand 4 is turned in the direction of an arrow 36. The torque fluctuation of the motor 5 is absorbed by the expansion/contraction of the belt, and the wow and flutter characteristic of a tape recorder is improved. The turn force of the arm 6 is generated by the tension difference of the belts 14 and 15 due to the normal rotary load of pulleys 10 and 11, and since a frictional member such as felt is not used, the turn force is stabilized for a long time. The arm 6 is pressured to the reel stand 3 due to the inversion of the motor 5, the stand is driven in the winding direction, and reverse recording/reproducing can be executed.</p> |
