发明名称 EVALUATING METHOD FOR CAKING PROPERTY OF COAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To recognize a fusion welding quality with a high precision and to manufacture coke of good quality at an inexpensive cost, by evaluating a fusion welding quality of each coal from vitrenit and ecdynit content rate of each unit coal for coke starting material and an O content by an element analysis value. CONSTITUTION:As vitrinite and exinite content rate of each unit coal for coke starting material increases, caking property increases, meanwhile, even if each coal equalizes in vitrinite and exinite content rate, it varies in a caking property with an O content. Therefore, the vitrinite and exinite content rate of each coal, being the analysis result of organization component obtained by JIS M8816, is measured. Meanwhile, an element analysis of each coal is conducted by JIS M8813, and a value, which is obtained through substraction of percentage of C, H, N, conbustible S, and ash from 100%, is found as the O content. Using a graph showing a relation between said two component contents and the O content and a relation of the caking property, the caking property of the starting stock coal is evaluated with a high precision, and this permits determining of a mixture ratio so that coke of good quality can be obtained even if a mixing amount of an expensive coking coal reduces.
