PURPOSE:To stabilize the resistance of a connecting part of a brush and to rigidly form the connection by inserting a lead wire into a head of a brush body, dividing a substance having good electric conductivity and spongy iron powder into two layers, filling and pressing the layers to the periphery of the lead wire, and connecting them. CONSTITUTION:A lead wire inserting hole is formed at the head of the brush body 1, a lead wire 1 is inserted into the hole, a substance 5 having stable resistance of the connecting part of the lead wire 2 even at a temperature higher than approx. 100 deg.C of a brush temperature and good electric conductivity is filled and pressed at the periphery of the wire 1, and spongy iron powder 6 is filled and pressed onto the substance. In this manner, a brush having stable resistance of the connecting part of the wire 2 even when the brush temperature becomes approx. 100 deg.C and with rigid connection of the body 1 to the wire 2 can be obtained. |
