PURPOSE:To improve the efficient using rate of a communication channel by sending a call end signal and canceling a state that the transmission request of each mobile station is not generated when a response signal is not correctly returned from a call terminating station after call origination. CONSTITUTION:For a control part 14, for example, a microcomputer is provided as a main control circuit and in addition to a control means relating to normal processing such as call prigination and termination processing, communication processing and call end processing, etc., a forcible call end processing means 14a is provided. This forcible call end processing means 14a judges that the call origination is at fail when a call signal is repeatedly transmitted by a prescribed time, for example, three times to moving stations 21-2n and the response signal is not returned. Then, the call end signal is immediately transmitted and a communication request impossible state set to the respective moving stations 21-2n. Thus, when the call origination fails, the communication channel can be prevented from being uselessly caught and the efficient using rate of the communication channel can be improved. |
