发明名称 MEASUREMENT METHOD FOR CHEMILUMINESCENCE
摘要 PURPOSE:To make the measurement of chemilluminescence more sensitive and preciser by enzymatic reaction between alkali phosphatase and a specific dioxetane derivative in a specific pH range followed by luminous reaction in strong alkalinity. CONSTITUTION:Acid or alkali phosphatase, as an enzyme and a dioxetane derivative of the formula (Ad is adamantyl group, R is lower alkyl and Ar represents aromatic group, as a substrate are used to effect enzymatic reaction in 4 to 10.5pH range. Then, luminescent reaction is effected in strong alkaline conditions to measure chemiluminescence. The enzymatic reaction is stopped by adding an enzyme inhibitor such as an acid, then strong alkaline is employed to effect chemical luminescence. When the reaction is effected with a strong enzyme, the coexistence of an enhancer such as a protean, or polyalkylquaternary amine is preferred.
