PURPOSE:To obtain an image point in a subject image by weighting respective picture elements by respectively corresponding absolute values of the differential values of image signal values corresponding to respective picture elements and finding out the centroid of a recording sheet. CONSTITUTION:An image processing means 29 weights respective picture elements by their corresponding absolute values of the differential values of image signal values S0 corresponding to respective picture elements based on the image signals S0 obtained from respective picture elements on the recording sheet to find out the centroid of the sheet 11 and the centroid is set up as the image point in the subject image. Consequently, the image point in the subject image of the radiation image including the subject image obtained by photographing using or unusing a radiation field stop can be obtained. |
