PURPOSE:To improve noise resistance by installing male and female connector portions at both sides of a printed board where a filter element for noise reduction such as ferrite core, capacitor, etc., are mounted taking into consideration an electromagnetic noise frequency and a noise level of an environment where an electronic device is used and housing them in a metal frame. CONSTITUTION:The connector 1 at the unit side and the connector 2 at the frame side are jointed by the use of a plurality of contacts installed at the respective connectors 1, 2 through a relay connector unit 5 between them. The unit 5 is constituted of a connector portion 6 to be fitted to the connector at the unit side, a connector portion 7 to be fitted to the connector at the cable side, a printed board 8 where the connector portions 6, 7 are mounted and a metal frame 9. The connector portions 6, 7 are projected from the frame 9 and jointed to contacts 63, 73 installed at the printed board 8, respectively, and connected to a filter element 83 for reducing a noise of the transmission line by the use of conductor patterns 81, 82. That is, the relay connector 5 is inserted between the connectors 1, 2 having characteristics as desired. |
