PURPOSE:To eliminate a noise caused by an unnecessary vibration and to exactly execute a measurement by covering a vibration part of a tuning fork structure body with a low elastic member. CONSTITUTION:A piezoelectric bimoprh 1 for detection and lead terminals 13, 16 are connected by lead wires 24, 25, and a piezoelectric bimorph 2 for detection and lead terminals 14, 15 are connected by lead wires 26, 27. Electrode parts of driving piezoelectric bimorphs 3, 4 and lead terminals 11, 12 are connected by lead wires 28, 29. These lead wires and other vibration part are covered with silicone rubber, polyurethane rubber, silicone varnish, etc., dried by heat, and thereafter, hardened. In such a way, an unnecessary vibration of the vibration part decreases, and a noise is eliminated. |
