The invention relates to a powered chuck having a chuck body (1) and chuck jaws (3) which are displaceably guided in radial guides of the chuck body (1) and can be driven by at least one drive member (4) displaceably guided in the chuck body (1) and actuated by a power generator actuated by pressure medium. In order to effect force-feed lubrication of the sliding surfaces of this chuck, at least one hollow space (8) which can be filled with lubricating grease is formed in the chuck body (1), which hollow space (8) is connected via lubricating bores (6a, 7a, 3c) to at least some of the sliding surfaces (5) of the chuck and in to which at least one chuck component (6), which moves when the chuck jaws (3) are driven, projects in order to produce a pumping movement pressing the lubricating grease into the lubricating bores. |
