A clutch actuator comprises in a casing (10), a mechanism (11) which is controlled by a motor (12) and which is adapted to control an output member (13), the mechanism including a moveable thrust unit (15) which is arranged generally for to and fro movement. The casing (10) is liquid-tight, and incorporates a sump for containing a liquid lubricant (20). A pump (21) is associated with this sump and is arranged to be actuated by the moveable thrust unit (15). The suction port (22) of the pump is in communication with the lower part or sump of the casing (10), while its delivery port (25) is in communication with the mechanism (11) in at least one region of the latter which is to be lubricated. …<IMAGE>… |
