PURPOSE:To attain the reference of a data from each terminal equipment of the operation by an exchange or a subscriber by providing a means controlling a measuring data separately from a central processing unit and connecting a monitor means and a subscriber terminal equipment. CONSTITUTION:A subscriber makes dialing from a subscriber terminal equipment 1 and sends a specific signal in the test data transmission request from the subscriber. A central processing unit 6 identifies it to be a test data transmission request from a subscriber and a digital subscriber line 2 and a monitor data control circuit 8 are connected to a test data generating circuit 9 by using a signal from the unit 6. After the end of connection, the circuit 9 generates a test data from the dat patterns stored in advance and sends it to the circuit 8. The circuit 8 sends the test data to conduct the test between the terminal equipment 1 and the subscriber line 2. When the result of test is within a pre scribed range, it is discriminated excellent and the test is finished.
