The circuit comprises a first switching element (3) turnedoff/on by the afteroxcillation wave supplied from the horizontal deflection afteroscillating ends (1,2) at a constant time ratio; a blanking resonance capacitor (7,8)and a horizontal deflection coil (5) parallel-connected to the first switching element; a DC power source (+Eb) connected to the first switching element through the inductor (10a); a damper diode (4) connected between the first switching element and the inductor and for supplying the horizontal deflection coil with sawtoothed waves; a second switching element (14) for switching the blanking time selectively; and a secondary windings (2C).
