PURPOSE:To effectively utilize both a device for an automatic deposit/payment machine and a device for a money exchange machine by providing not only a first holding part but also a second holding part for containing a received bill or a dummy bill on a carrying line leading to a money receiving/paying port from a discriminating part. CONSTITUTION:Not only a first holding part 15 but also a second holding part 19 for containing a received bill or a dummy bill are provided on carrying lines (a) - (e) leading to a money receiving/paying port 11 from a discriminating part 12 of a money receiving/paying device 10. In this state, when this device is used as the device 10 for a money exchange machine, a replenishing housing box 18 can be used as a separate money kind housing box by using the holding part 19 as a holding part of a received bill, and allowing the holding part 15 and the housing box 18 for replenishment to communicate with each other. Also, when this device is used as the device 10 for an automatic deposit/payment machine, a carrying system can be confirmed and an unmanned operation can be executed by containing a dummy bill in the holding part 19, and feeding the dummy bill to the carrying system. As a result, the device 10 for the automatic deposit/payment machine and that for the money exchange machine can be manufactured in the same production line, and the production cost can be reduced. |
