PURPOSE:To easily carry out the cleaning and repair of the inside of a boiling vessel by supporting the boiling vessel with a supporting means so as to be freely movable in the vertical direction and making the travelling part of the transfer unit of noodle so as to be allowed to relatively take out and in from/to the boiling vessel. CONSTITUTION:The boiling vessel opened upward is supported by a pair of gate type frames 3 erected on a floor surface 2 so as to be freely movable in the vertical direction, and a pair of male screw shaft 4 are disposed to each gate type frame 3 along the vertical frame parts 3a through thew bearings 5, 6 disposed on the vertical frame parts 3a so as to be vertically unmovable and to be freely rotatable. By driving a motor 14 normally or reversely, the boiling vessel 1 is allowed to move vertically between an upper and a lower positions, and the boil processing is carried out at the upper position. Washing water jet nozzles 15 to spout washing water to the inside of the vessel are fixed at the suitable positions on both side walls 1a of the vessel 1. The travelling part 20a of the transfer unit 20 of noodle is relatively positioned in the inside or in the outside of the boiling vessel 1 by moving the boiling vessel 1 vertically. |
