PURPOSE:To exactly confirm an irradiated part, etc., even in the case of laser light outside of a visible area by using a laser light transmission means, a means for switching small an optical output of the laser light, and an image pickup means provided with photoelectric conversion function against the laser light. CONSTITUTION:An output of a CO2 laser 16 outside of a visible area becomes a laser light of a small level of, for instance, about several mW by allowing it to pass through an extinction filter 32, and a laser light supplied to an optical fiber 15 becomes only a period in which a red color filter 24R is installed in an illuminating optical path. A CCD 12 has sensitivity against a CO2 laser light, therefore, by a reflected light from its irradiated position, a signal brought to photoelectric conversion is outputted. In this case, on a monitor screen, an object part is brought to color display, and also, a position emitted from the tip face of the optical fiber 15 is displayed as a red spot. Accordingly, when a user turns on a foot switch 37, a set position can be irradiated with a CO2 laser of a large output, and a medical treatment measure such as an excision and a hemostats, etc., can be executed. |
