The device of video camera including white subject, controls white balance (gains of red or green or blue colors signal) accoding to lighting condition at photographing situation. The device has a focus control lens (1), zoom lenses (2,3), image formation lenses (4,5), and image sensor (6) for forming white image, which are arranged in a line. Image of semitransparent white subject (7) in video camera, is formed at image sensor (6) by pushing white balance control switch, through image formation lenses (8) (9) and reflex mirrors (10)(11).
